10 Things I Want To Do On My Staycation

So basically I just got back to work... and I had some vacation time I needed to take so... I'm off for a week! I have no plans, I can't really do anything or go anywhere because it's dangerous... but here are some things I'm going to do at home.

1) Sleep- It's been a while since I've taken a nap... I want to do that next week.

2) Read- I want to read a few books next week maybe. I don't know if I'll really have time to read all that many... if I can finish one I'll be happy... but I might try to read 2 or 3. No guarantees... but that would kinda make me happy.

3) Yoga- Yoga is something I've wanted to do for a while... and I have done some simple yoga poses just to make myself feel better after working long shifts. I feel like this will make me stronger and it might help my general health and make me more relaxed in general.

4) Watch Hamilton- You bet your ass I've watched hamilton a bunch already and I'm going to watch it more next week!

5) Write- I'm hoping I can keep up with all my blogs for the rest of the month...and I think having a week off will allow me to write them for the rest of the month recently.

6) Go In The Pool- I'm so excited to just enjoy some time in the pool. I'll probably read some things there too... Another good way to relax!

7) Animal Crossing- I miss playing Animal Crossing and Watching Friends all day! I'm probably going to do that a little next week!

8) Meet with Friends- It's been forever since I've seen my friends! I'd love to do some sort of social distance safe activity with them!

9) Eat Good Food- I really want to get some good food with my boyfriend. Maybe eat somewhere fancy and yummy... I'm excited for it.

10) Shop- I probably do this a lot already... but I'm pretty sure I'm going to be shopping. Online, in store... however I can!

Alright that is everything! Hope you guys like this!

Bye!

Weekly Wrap Up 7.30.17

Sunday 7.23.17  Sunday was a really good day… it was kind of a lazy day for me… but my dad pretty much finished most of the painting in my room… he ran out of paint before he could totally finish it up… so he’ll finish that up soon… my mom is going to the paint store tomorrow… so hopefully he can finish it up then.  He also made some really fantastic barbecue pork… it was going to be pulled pork… but the pulling process didn’t really work… I kind of prefer the texture of it sliced instead of pulled…. idk. I like pulled pork… but this sliced pork was really delicious and flavorful and good.  We went for Starbucks and Ice Cream too… which was fun. Starbucks sends a lot of bonus stars offers after 2… so even though we go in the morning- we have to go after 2 because then we’ll get bonus stars, which my dad uses in New York because it’s a little more expensive there.  And then the ice cream… nutella ice cream with crushed oreos and marshmallow…it was del...

Throwback Thursday: The Incredibles

This is one of the more underrated movies in the Pixar Universe... thatI think is actually getting more popular now than it was back when it was released... so that's good. I think it really stands the test of time... but it still isn't one of my favorites. This movie I think is pretty cool because it was the first time Pixar really used humans. When I was little I thought "Toys, Bugs, Monsters, Fish... the next movie will be about dogs!" And I was surprised it was this! I didn't know Pixar could do that! But I guess technically its about heroes and not humans... but then Pixar began to show more humans in their world and The Pixar Theory was started... and yeah. I just kind of want to state my opinion on the Pixar Theory here too cause why not: I don't believe that Pixar set out to create this elaborate world with all the movies connected... but I do still believe it exists in some way shape of form. It all adds up and checks out... so for me... somehow t...

Rereading My Favorite Thing I Wrote In College

Hey guys! I'd say "today's post is a little different" but they're all kind of different to begin with... so this might end up being the same- or at least something that can fit into this blog in a nice way. So I don't want to post the actual thing that I wrote... but in my college Creative Writing Class that I took at 21 we needed to write a fantastical realism short story. And I wrote something that I always liked. The lead character was a smart and sassy woman... the fantastical elements were exciting and unique... and the story as a whole had a cute ending and a good message... and I really liked the way that I took what happened in my real life and changed it into this amazing and fantastical thing. Re-reading it... it was still pretty good. I actually liked the ending a little bit better because it had a nice message about believing in yourself that I kind of just snuck in there without much thought... and there was a cute little love story. I liked ...
