Music Monday: Camilla Cabello- Romance

This is another album that I just really loved. It's been out for a while- but I finally got around to listening to the whole thing not too long ago and I really loved it!

I was surprised by how much I love it actually. Camilla Cabello has a great voice- but they play her singles too much on the radio and I had gotten a little bit tired of them... but this album is just a really sweet album about falling in love.

Romance is very relatable for anyone who's ever been in love... and it's like a nice healthy love that she shows in the song and whenever I listen to it I think "Aww I'm so happy that I know how this feels and I hope everyone feels this sometime in their life." It's really cute. The last song on the album is called First Man and it's just such a beautiful song about how important family is in romance also she played this song at the Grammy's and it was just such a powerful performance. This is a song that's impossible to listen to without crying in my opinion.

I have a lot of favorite songs on this album. "Used to this," "Easy," "Dream of You," "Should've Said it," and of corse "First Man." "Used to this" is a song that I particularly have felt and thought about before. There are places that I think aren't special until you have someone that makes it special. It's just really cute.

This album is just really nice and it's special. I definitely didn't know what to expect of this- but the more I listen to it the more I just realize how sweet and special it is.

Hope you guys like this review!

Bye!

Weekly Wrap Up 7.30.17

Sunday 7.23.17  Sunday was a really good day… it was kind of a lazy day for me… but my dad pretty much finished most of the painting in my room… he ran out of paint before he could totally finish it up… so he’ll finish that up soon… my mom is going to the paint store tomorrow… so hopefully he can finish it up then.  He also made some really fantastic barbecue pork… it was going to be pulled pork… but the pulling process didn’t really work… I kind of prefer the texture of it sliced instead of pulled…. idk. I like pulled pork… but this sliced pork was really delicious and flavorful and good.  We went for Starbucks and Ice Cream too… which was fun. Starbucks sends a lot of bonus stars offers after 2… so even though we go in the morning- we have to go after 2 because then we’ll get bonus stars, which my dad uses in New York because it’s a little more expensive there.  And then the ice cream… nutella ice cream with crushed oreos and marshmallow…it was del...

Throwback Thursday: The Incredibles

This is one of the more underrated movies in the Pixar Universe... thatI think is actually getting more popular now than it was back when it was released... so that's good. I think it really stands the test of time... but it still isn't one of my favorites. This movie I think is pretty cool because it was the first time Pixar really used humans. When I was little I thought "Toys, Bugs, Monsters, Fish... the next movie will be about dogs!" And I was surprised it was this! I didn't know Pixar could do that! But I guess technically its about heroes and not humans... but then Pixar began to show more humans in their world and The Pixar Theory was started... and yeah. I just kind of want to state my opinion on the Pixar Theory here too cause why not: I don't believe that Pixar set out to create this elaborate world with all the movies connected... but I do still believe it exists in some way shape of form. It all adds up and checks out... so for me... somehow t...

Rereading My Favorite Thing I Wrote In College

Hey guys! I'd say "today's post is a little different" but they're all kind of different to begin with... so this might end up being the same- or at least something that can fit into this blog in a nice way. So I don't want to post the actual thing that I wrote... but in my college Creative Writing Class that I took at 21 we needed to write a fantastical realism short story. And I wrote something that I always liked. The lead character was a smart and sassy woman... the fantastical elements were exciting and unique... and the story as a whole had a cute ending and a good message... and I really liked the way that I took what happened in my real life and changed it into this amazing and fantastical thing. Re-reading it... it was still pretty good. I actually liked the ending a little bit better because it had a nice message about believing in yourself that I kind of just snuck in there without much thought... and there was a cute little love story. I liked ...
