Ahhh I didn't do day 12 of Blogmas!

I'm sorry about that! I think I'm going to change my blog a little bit and make it a little more scribbles about life-y and actually make time to write about my life... sometime during the day. I think Monday's will still be more of a "Story Time" thing for the most part... I still want to do Chart Chats and reviews...I may do some reviews on my youtube channel... but that can be kind of difficult because in my Star Wars video people were spamming my comments and I didn't like that... so yeah.

Anyway I thought I would still talk a little bit about my Christmas. It was really good, it was my first Christmas like this... As far as I can remember- I've always stayed at my house for Christmas- this year we went to my sister's house... which was really nice. I got to see my niece who was a little sick, but she still had fun playing and opening up some presents.

The dinner was delicious... we had turkey and I actually tried brussel sprouts and they were actually good. I don't know if my sister made them or if my brother in law did them... but he cooked them in bacon and it tasted amazing.

Today I was at the mall... I got a new comforter... It doesn't match my room as well... but I'm limited in options for a twin sized bed... and it was cute and warmer than what I have on now... the next few days are supposed to be freezing cold.

I looked at Sephora Inside JcPenny... I wish my mall had a regular Sephora in it. The selection just isn't that great and I don't really like to order online from Sephora because sometimes more fragile things break... so that just kind of stinks... but yeah. It's hard to find things in store anyway.

I filmed and edited a lip swatch video for youtube too... which is exciting. And my next video will be reviewing an eyeshadow palette... which is also pretty exciting.

Soooo yeah! Hope you guys like this post and I'll see you later!

Byeee!

Scribbles about TV: Jane The Virgin Review!

This I think is a surprise hit, so of corse I needed to watch it for myself to see! It's been getting a lot of critical buzz because it has been reviewed as "one of the best pilots of the season" and I also have been hearing a few critics saying that they don't think it will last because the word "virgin" is in the title... which is stupid. There is nothing wrong with being a virgin and if a show is good, its good and people should watch it... plus this did bring pretty high ratings for The CW so the critics that said that can suck it! Lol. Overall I really liked this show. One thing thats been bothering me a lot about the new Fall shows is that the characters aren't interesting enough. Especially the female characters. I thought that this showed a lot of really strong female characters that were interesting. This had a pretty big cast with A LOT of stuff going on for a pilot and most of the characters were female. That is a powerful thing to see on TV...

Scribbles About TV: Jane The Virgin Finale Review (SPOILERS)

So.... Can we talk about all the twists because there were a lot! I didn't even see all of them coming! Alrighty we start out in typical Jane The Virgin Mode with Jane's choice between Raphael and Michael... I'd be okay with either but I think I'm team Michael. Jane has a weird moment with Raphael and thinks she's better off without him and just having him be the father of her child. She's also starting to have some feelings for Michael again. Then she almost has the baby on the bus and some woman helps her and gets the bus driver to take her to the hospital. Rogellio and Xo are in Vegas and they get drunk and can't remember what happens, but they make it just in time to see Jane deliver a baby boy. I knew it would be a boy! Lets pause on that a little and go to Michael and his ex partner/friend with benefits who comes back says she has a lead on Sin Rostro, gives him an address where the plastic surgeon is and by the time Michael gets there, he's de...

Man Crush Monday: Jimmy Fallon

Jimmy Fallon is one of my favorite talk show hosts... and I pretty much like all the late night talk show hosts... so that is saying a lot. (I haven't actually watched James Cordin yet, but I have a huge crush on him from Into The Woods, so yeah. I also have a crush on Seth Meyer though... And all the comedy central guys... ugh. Lol. and obviously Jimmy Fallon. Lol.) So yeah... this is saying a lot that he is one of my favorites. 1) He genuinely acts like he has the most fun job in the world-  Jimmy Fallon is always really excited about the show. He pretty much does have the most fun job ever, and he actually appreciates it. He was on SNL, and when he left SNL for late night he was excited and proud of his job, and now on The Tonight Show he's very happy. 2) His Ice Cream Flavors are good- This one is completely random... but I feel like having Ben and Jerry's make an ice cream flavor after you is a really big honor and a great responsibility. You can tell a lot about a...
