Scribbles About Food: New Fall Food and Drinks

You guys may realize that I'm a basic bitch, so I like fall foods and drinks and stuff like that. And since it is now officially Fall, here are the Fall Foods that I have tried and what I think of them so far.

Pumpkin Spice M&Ms- These aren't bad... they sound disgusting, but they taste like regular M&Ms... so idk how to feel really. My dad says he can taste something else... but idk lol. It's like the Birthday Cake M&Ms... very disappointed because they're so close to regular M&Ms. I friggin love the Candy Corn M&Ms though. Those are my favorites.

Pumpkin Spice Milk- Yep this is a thing. I found this at wegmans and it's the brand Upstate Farms. It also sounds gross, but I thought why not try it. It's pretty good. If you like pumpkin but you don't like coffee, this may be for you. Its a very sweet flavor but not too sweet or too pumpkiny. It's just right really.

Pumpkin Creme Brulee Latte from Dunkin Donuts- I've asked for this quite a few times... but my Dunkin Donuts isn't the greatest place to get service so I think I've only had it twice maybe... lol. It wasn't bad, but it gets the Seal of Disapproval because they got rid of the Pumpkin White Chocolate and this isn't nearly as good. It was disappointing. I've had it hot and cold and it's better hot... but either way not as good as the pumpkin white chocolate.

Butterscotch Beer Soda- This I also found at wegmans. It's non alcoholic, so kids of all ages can enjoy it. It's really really sweet and I like it. It tastes a lot like Cream Soda... I don't think its quite as good as the kind you can get at Harry Potter World... but duh that's Harry Potter World, of corse it's more magical! Anyway this was really really good! I enjoyed it quite a bit!

Pepperidge Farms Pumpkin Cheesecake cookies-  I think I've tried another kind of pepperidge farm cheesecake or cake type of cookie... my mom thinks we've tried the carrot cake but I don't think so... but I also don't know what else it could have been. Anyway I didn't like whatever it was I had, so I didn't have the highest hopes for these... but they still exist and I still want to try them. And they are AMAZING! They're so soft and its not overwhelmingly cheesecake-y and not too pumpkiny. I was quite a fan. They have Pumpkin Spice Milanos too that I'm going to have to try... but for now this is good.

French Toast Goldfish- This isn't a fall flavor, but I thought I would mention it because it's new to me and I really enjoy it! I'm so happy they came out with all these new flavors of gold fish. They did not have these when I was a kid, and I love trying them out as an adult and I kind of have nostalgia about them. Especially sweet flavors like this. It's sooo sooo good. I'm eating these right now with my pumpkin spice milk. lol.

I think that's it for right now at least... still haven't gone to Starbucks for their pumpkin lattes! I know I've had since August and I still haven't done it! But I know I like them, so yeah.

Byeee!

Weekly Wrap Up 7.30.17

Sunday 7.23.17  Sunday was a really good day… it was kind of a lazy day for me… but my dad pretty much finished most of the painting in my room… he ran out of paint before he could totally finish it up… so he’ll finish that up soon… my mom is going to the paint store tomorrow… so hopefully he can finish it up then.  He also made some really fantastic barbecue pork… it was going to be pulled pork… but the pulling process didn’t really work… I kind of prefer the texture of it sliced instead of pulled…. idk. I like pulled pork… but this sliced pork was really delicious and flavorful and good.  We went for Starbucks and Ice Cream too… which was fun. Starbucks sends a lot of bonus stars offers after 2… so even though we go in the morning- we have to go after 2 because then we’ll get bonus stars, which my dad uses in New York because it’s a little more expensive there.  And then the ice cream… nutella ice cream with crushed oreos and marshmallow…it was del...

Throwback Thursday: The Incredibles

This is one of the more underrated movies in the Pixar Universe... thatI think is actually getting more popular now than it was back when it was released... so that's good. I think it really stands the test of time... but it still isn't one of my favorites. This movie I think is pretty cool because it was the first time Pixar really used humans. When I was little I thought "Toys, Bugs, Monsters, Fish... the next movie will be about dogs!" And I was surprised it was this! I didn't know Pixar could do that! But I guess technically its about heroes and not humans... but then Pixar began to show more humans in their world and The Pixar Theory was started... and yeah. I just kind of want to state my opinion on the Pixar Theory here too cause why not: I don't believe that Pixar set out to create this elaborate world with all the movies connected... but I do still believe it exists in some way shape of form. It all adds up and checks out... so for me... somehow t...

Rereading My Favorite Thing I Wrote In College

Hey guys! I'd say "today's post is a little different" but they're all kind of different to begin with... so this might end up being the same- or at least something that can fit into this blog in a nice way. So I don't want to post the actual thing that I wrote... but in my college Creative Writing Class that I took at 21 we needed to write a fantastical realism short story. And I wrote something that I always liked. The lead character was a smart and sassy woman... the fantastical elements were exciting and unique... and the story as a whole had a cute ending and a good message... and I really liked the way that I took what happened in my real life and changed it into this amazing and fantastical thing. Re-reading it... it was still pretty good. I actually liked the ending a little bit better because it had a nice message about believing in yourself that I kind of just snuck in there without much thought... and there was a cute little love story. I liked ...
