Marvel Monday: Marvel Apocalypse Team

Okay... so this is kind of a funny idea that I had. I've always thought of what fictional characters I'd have on my apocalypse team... and I thought it would be fun to do this all Marvel Style... so yeah. I'll try to have 10 people on the team... not just from the MCU but from any Marvel Movie... so yeah! Heroes and villains... and maybe even side characters. In this version- doesn't matter if they're alive or dead- we're just going to assume they are alive.

1) Deadpool- So Deadpool is an obvious pick because he can't die. I feel like he might be the most annoying member of the apocalypse team... but I think we would get along fine. He's very badass and... he's just a good choice I think.

2) MJ from Spider Man: Homecoming- I was kind of trying to decide between her or Gwen Stacy from The Amazing Spiderman... and I suppose they could both be on the team... but there was just something I kind of liked about MJ. She was really negative and just pretty funny all around. I liked her.

3) Kill Switch- TBH I just want Michael B. Jordan there. I don't care that he's the villain... he had good reasons.

4) The Incredible Hulk- Duhhh. Always. Pick. The. Incredible. Hulk.

5) Captain America- So in any Marvel related dreams I've had I'm Captain America's sidekick... so I'm just going to roll with it and take it as a sign that this apocalypse will definitely come and I'm going to be stuck alone with some Marvel Characters.

6) Ghost Rider- Ghost Rider might be my favorite Marvel Movie. The Nicholas Cage one... that's my jam! He also seems like he could just do the apocalypse-y stuff and the rest of us could probably chill or whatever.

7) Black Widow- She's really cool... and she can control The Hulk and make him Bruce Banner because I'm sure we'll need Bruce Banner also.

8) Thor- Okay so I think other people like Bruce Banner are probably actually smarter than Thor... but I think when it comes to thinking before acting on something- I like Thor. If he can save his own planet- I think he could save Midgard from the apocalypse.

9) Shuri- Other than Tony Stark the Avengers don't really have anyone with the gadgets... except for Shuri. Shuri's got the cool gadgets and I'd rather have her on my team than Tony Stark.

10) Falcon- I've only seen Falcon in one movie... but I just really liked him. He was on Team Captain America... and I just like that a lot!

Honorable Mention that is so obvious I didn't want to mention: Stan Lee
Obviously these are all Fictional characters and I don't know what they're really capable of or what could happen with them... I don't want a Goosebumps type situation- I need the author there!

So I hope you guys like this weird blog. Is this a good team? I think so. Is it the best team I could have chosen? Probably not. It's basically the same as The Avengers with a few other people and a couple side characters.

So yeah... that's that!

Bye!

It List: May 2017

Can't believe it's the last day of May... this was a great time for TV... so let's get right into it! 1) Master of None- The second season of this show was really really great! I liked the first season... but this season was just wayyy better to me for some reason... I loved that they had episodes about Italy and about New York... I think they did a really great job and I was so impressed with it... I'll have to watch the first season over again and do a Throwback Thursday on that sometime soon... but until then... season 2 was great! 2) Girl Boss- I finally got around to watching Girl Boss this month too... and I loved that show! At first I wasn't sure if I was going to like it or not... then I just couldn't stop watching it and I finished it in 2 days... which I guess is when I finished all the Netflix shows I'm talking about... but still. Girlboss was definitely really good... and I feel like I could watch this one over and over again too. 3) Unbrea...

Weekly Wrap Up 7.30.17

Sunday 7.23.17  Sunday was a really good day… it was kind of a lazy day for me… but my dad pretty much finished most of the painting in my room… he ran out of paint before he could totally finish it up… so he’ll finish that up soon… my mom is going to the paint store tomorrow… so hopefully he can finish it up then.  He also made some really fantastic barbecue pork… it was going to be pulled pork… but the pulling process didn’t really work… I kind of prefer the texture of it sliced instead of pulled…. idk. I like pulled pork… but this sliced pork was really delicious and flavorful and good.  We went for Starbucks and Ice Cream too… which was fun. Starbucks sends a lot of bonus stars offers after 2… so even though we go in the morning- we have to go after 2 because then we’ll get bonus stars, which my dad uses in New York because it’s a little more expensive there.  And then the ice cream… nutella ice cream with crushed oreos and marshmallow…it was del...

Scribbles About Food: Gloria Jeans Pistachio Chiller (kinda like a frap)

So since I'm doing all of the Frappuccino reviews, I thought I would give a shout out to a different coffee chain that I like... maybe even more than Starbucks! But I hardly ever go to it because A) People get your orders wrong there a lot B) I don't really live near one! So Gloria Jeans has some amazing drinks called Chillers that are like Frappuccinos, but they have always had a ton of really good and really interesting flavors. One of my favorite Seasonal ones is the Pistachio Chiller. They had this around this time last year also and its a really good unique flavor. Basically it tastes like pistachio ice cream... but in a frozen coffee form. Its pretty cool! And Pistachio is a pretty underrated flavor in my opinion. I don't get it enough, but I always love Pistachio and Almond flavored desserts and this in particular is really flavorful and just a really good chiller. I don't think there is anything at starbucks that compares to it really, its really different...
