It List:July 2016

1) Couch to 5K- So I've already done an app review about this, but I love this app! It's so useful for getting into shape... It's fun and I like it a lot!

2) Pokemon Go- This is such a fun game! I loved the Pokemon TV show and I collected the cars and toys as a kid...but I was never into the games, but this is easier to use and it's just fun. I just downloaded it for a review... But then I caught a Pokemon and I was like "ohh that felt good" and I wanted to play more. I like it a lot but this is really nice! I like it a lot!

3) Me Before You- I forget if this was in last months It List...but I'm almost done with it now and it's gotten so good! I'm already sure I'll be bawling my eyes out at the ending, but I'm really loving it right now! Expect a review soon!

4) Disney Vloggers- I follow mostly beauty Vloggers on YouTube... But one of the people I follow is Jessica Braun, who is on her husbands channel Tylerstravelstv... And they do Disney vlogs and I just posted some of my other favorite Vloggers and things. It's like I was looking for one and then found another..and now I've been watching Disneyworld vlogs for the past week and I don't know what happened.

5) Hamilton Soundtrack- I feel like this is a consistent favorite. Can you tell? This is probably one of my favorite albums of all time, it will probably be my #1 yearly favorite. I just can't stop listening to it! I hope tickets become possible for me to get soon because I really really want to see it! I'm excited that there is a recording of the original cast so I'm excited to see that... Which I'm guessing they'll release on the 10th year anniversary... But hopefully I can see it before that.

I've been listening to this when I workout lately and it's absolutely awesome!

6)Notebooks- I've been writing a lot of things in notebooks. I actually wrote this in a notebook before I typed it out! I have a fitness-y notebook and a planner and I'm blogging in a notebook... And I just like writing a lot, so notebooks are handy. I don't need to wait to get to a computer to write my ideas down, I can just write it down and then type it out later.

7) The Year of Yes by Shonda Rhimes- If you love the Shondaland Shows I'm sure you'll love this book. Even if you don't, if you love writing  or successful women this is great. It's one of the funniest and most honest autobiography's that's almost a self help book too . I'm all about positivity so I like the mindset of saying yes to things.

8) Lady Dynamite- I've only watched one episode of this so far... But it's really funny and it will be the show everyone is talking about in 10 years. Co creator is one of my personal heroes, Mitch Hurwitz known for Arrested Development. It stars Maria Bamford and a lot of other funny people. It's not for everyone... But trust me, people will love it 10 years from now so jump the bandwagon and watch it now!

9) Golden Pineapple Sun From Bath and body works- I've been using this a lot lately. I've almost used up the shower gel and now I'm using the body spray quite often and it's great! I love it!

10) My IPad- my computer is being repaired now, so I've been on my iPad and it isn't the best for blogging, but it's still really useful! I think if you're looking into one, they're very nifty and useful!

Weekly Wrap Up 7.30.17

Sunday 7.23.17  Sunday was a really good day… it was kind of a lazy day for me… but my dad pretty much finished most of the painting in my room… he ran out of paint before he could totally finish it up… so he’ll finish that up soon… my mom is going to the paint store tomorrow… so hopefully he can finish it up then.  He also made some really fantastic barbecue pork… it was going to be pulled pork… but the pulling process didn’t really work… I kind of prefer the texture of it sliced instead of pulled…. idk. I like pulled pork… but this sliced pork was really delicious and flavorful and good.  We went for Starbucks and Ice Cream too… which was fun. Starbucks sends a lot of bonus stars offers after 2… so even though we go in the morning- we have to go after 2 because then we’ll get bonus stars, which my dad uses in New York because it’s a little more expensive there.  And then the ice cream… nutella ice cream with crushed oreos and marshmallow…it was del...

Rereading My Favorite Thing I Wrote In College

Hey guys! I'd say "today's post is a little different" but they're all kind of different to begin with... so this might end up being the same- or at least something that can fit into this blog in a nice way. So I don't want to post the actual thing that I wrote... but in my college Creative Writing Class that I took at 21 we needed to write a fantastical realism short story. And I wrote something that I always liked. The lead character was a smart and sassy woman... the fantastical elements were exciting and unique... and the story as a whole had a cute ending and a good message... and I really liked the way that I took what happened in my real life and changed it into this amazing and fantastical thing. Re-reading it... it was still pretty good. I actually liked the ending a little bit better because it had a nice message about believing in yourself that I kind of just snuck in there without much thought... and there was a cute little love story. I liked ...

Throwback Thursday: The Incredibles

This is one of the more underrated movies in the Pixar Universe... thatI think is actually getting more popular now than it was back when it was released... so that's good. I think it really stands the test of time... but it still isn't one of my favorites. This movie I think is pretty cool because it was the first time Pixar really used humans. When I was little I thought "Toys, Bugs, Monsters, Fish... the next movie will be about dogs!" And I was surprised it was this! I didn't know Pixar could do that! But I guess technically its about heroes and not humans... but then Pixar began to show more humans in their world and The Pixar Theory was started... and yeah. I just kind of want to state my opinion on the Pixar Theory here too cause why not: I don't believe that Pixar set out to create this elaborate world with all the movies connected... but I do still believe it exists in some way shape of form. It all adds up and checks out... so for me... somehow t...
