Scribbles About TV: TV Shows I want to Watch/Catch Up On

So there are a lot of shows that I've been watching... a bunch of my shows just ended or are ending this week so... its gonna be a good time to catch up.

Community first and foremost... I love this show. It hasn't gone down in quality at all since going to Yahoo its just not as fun to watch on my computer as it is on tv. I know its sad... but I just think "ohhh I'll just bingewatch it" and I never do. And they have great awesome people on it and guests and I really thought the first 2 episodes were good.... haven't even watched episode 100 yet... but its just hard. And I know this is going to happen with The Mindy Project too... which is upsetting... so I need to watch shows on places other than Netflix cause there are a lot of good shows out there.

Resident Advisors looks like a really funny show. It stars Mulan from Once Upon a Time and Blaze from Burning Love. They're both incredibly attractive people and it just seems funny. So I'm gonna watch it. It is on Hulu and its about RAs but like adult RAs. It looks funny.

I'm not sure if Billy Eichner's (from Billy on the Street) show on Hulu is out yet... but if it is I'm gonna watch it cause it sounds awesome. I forget what its about, but I remember seeing it and thinking "that looks good." So yeah.

Netflix also has a 3 new shows I want to watch. I usually like Netflix shows, so I think that its cool that so many new ones are out right now. First off there is a lot of buzz around Daredevil. I'm not a huge fan of comic book things, but I think I'll like Daredevil as a super hero... I actually thought the movie looked pretty okay... so this is probably better I'm guessing... and I want to see that. Bloodline... not sure If I'll like that as much but I'm into the crime show thing, clearly if you've seen my other posts from this week... and this is supposed to be like The Sopranos, which is cool. So... yeah. And of corse Grace and Frankie... I think thats what its called. I gotta admit I wasn't super super excited for this because it seems like its been done before... but I'm gonna watch it anyway. June Diane Raphael is on it and she's really cool... so that's pretty cool. And I'm going to watch it. I also think I'm going to watch 9 to 5 cause thats on Netflix also and I like Dolly Parton.

Fresh Off The Boat! I haven't seen that many episodes of this... but I liked it! I think all the episodes are on Hulu Plus... so yeah. I like Randall Park a lot, and I think the wife and the oldest son are really funny on the show. Its just super funny overall. I love The Goldbergs too and this reminds me of that a lot... so yeah.

I kind of want to rewatch The X Files because thats making a comeback and it might be terrible... all I ask is that there are aliens in it. Literally the only thing I want. I was a big fan back in the day, not when it was originally on, but years later lol. I was a weird kid. But yeah, this is good. I want to rewatch 30 rock also because Kimmy Schmidt. Lol.

Silicon Valley also! I liked this last year and I haven't seen this season yet!

And... I think thats it. Lol. Hope you guys liked this and I'll let you know how these shows are!

Byeee!

Weekly Wrap Up 7.30.17

Sunday 7.23.17  Sunday was a really good day… it was kind of a lazy day for me… but my dad pretty much finished most of the painting in my room… he ran out of paint before he could totally finish it up… so he’ll finish that up soon… my mom is going to the paint store tomorrow… so hopefully he can finish it up then.  He also made some really fantastic barbecue pork… it was going to be pulled pork… but the pulling process didn’t really work… I kind of prefer the texture of it sliced instead of pulled…. idk. I like pulled pork… but this sliced pork was really delicious and flavorful and good.  We went for Starbucks and Ice Cream too… which was fun. Starbucks sends a lot of bonus stars offers after 2… so even though we go in the morning- we have to go after 2 because then we’ll get bonus stars, which my dad uses in New York because it’s a little more expensive there.  And then the ice cream… nutella ice cream with crushed oreos and marshmallow…it was del...

Throwback Thursday: The Incredibles

This is one of the more underrated movies in the Pixar Universe... thatI think is actually getting more popular now than it was back when it was released... so that's good. I think it really stands the test of time... but it still isn't one of my favorites. This movie I think is pretty cool because it was the first time Pixar really used humans. When I was little I thought "Toys, Bugs, Monsters, Fish... the next movie will be about dogs!" And I was surprised it was this! I didn't know Pixar could do that! But I guess technically its about heroes and not humans... but then Pixar began to show more humans in their world and The Pixar Theory was started... and yeah. I just kind of want to state my opinion on the Pixar Theory here too cause why not: I don't believe that Pixar set out to create this elaborate world with all the movies connected... but I do still believe it exists in some way shape of form. It all adds up and checks out... so for me... somehow t...

Rereading My Favorite Thing I Wrote In College

Hey guys! I'd say "today's post is a little different" but they're all kind of different to begin with... so this might end up being the same- or at least something that can fit into this blog in a nice way. So I don't want to post the actual thing that I wrote... but in my college Creative Writing Class that I took at 21 we needed to write a fantastical realism short story. And I wrote something that I always liked. The lead character was a smart and sassy woman... the fantastical elements were exciting and unique... and the story as a whole had a cute ending and a good message... and I really liked the way that I took what happened in my real life and changed it into this amazing and fantastical thing. Re-reading it... it was still pretty good. I actually liked the ending a little bit better because it had a nice message about believing in yourself that I kind of just snuck in there without much thought... and there was a cute little love story. I liked ...
