Target Tuesday: Going To Target Like I Usually Do...

So my boyfriend and I went on Target just... because we could... and things are starting to seem a little safer now so... really I had nothing in mind that I wanted we just kinda looked around and I found some things and so did he!

So I'll start with what he got because... he got some cool things. He saw this Godzilla figure... I'm not sure what type of figure but... it was a nice looking baby godzilla and it looked really cute... but also scary and godzilla-y. And there were these Pokemon Quest figures which look a little 8 bit-ish. He got Magikarp because I thought that one looked cool. And I think that was it.

We looked in the Nintendo section for a little bit and we saw they had an Amiibo of Isabelle from Animal Crossing. I just love Animal Crossing and I think Isabelle is the cutest! Especially the little pose she has in this. I'm not going to take a picture of it now because... I'm too lazy too but if you want to see it or something... maybe I'll show it sometime.

I also saw that they had a Funko Pop I wanted! They had the Casual Friday Merideth from The Office... Meredith is one of my favorite characters... and I don't think I want every Office Pop- but I do want at least one of every character. This pop is really funny though- Meredith has a blurred out boob that popped out of her dress... it's so funny and I was excited to just see it out in the wild.

Then I saw that Onward was on Blu Ray and I wanted to get that... so I did! I love Onward and now I own it!

And a butterfinger at checkout.

So yeah! That was Target! I was happy to be shopping kind of like normal but it was very uncomfortable in my mask... so it wasn't the best experience... but I love Target and I want to go back!

Bye!

Weekly Wrap Up 7.30.17

Sunday 7.23.17  Sunday was a really good day… it was kind of a lazy day for me… but my dad pretty much finished most of the painting in my room… he ran out of paint before he could totally finish it up… so he’ll finish that up soon… my mom is going to the paint store tomorrow… so hopefully he can finish it up then.  He also made some really fantastic barbecue pork… it was going to be pulled pork… but the pulling process didn’t really work… I kind of prefer the texture of it sliced instead of pulled…. idk. I like pulled pork… but this sliced pork was really delicious and flavorful and good.  We went for Starbucks and Ice Cream too… which was fun. Starbucks sends a lot of bonus stars offers after 2… so even though we go in the morning- we have to go after 2 because then we’ll get bonus stars, which my dad uses in New York because it’s a little more expensive there.  And then the ice cream… nutella ice cream with crushed oreos and marshmallow…it was del...

Throwback Thursday: The Incredibles

This is one of the more underrated movies in the Pixar Universe... thatI think is actually getting more popular now than it was back when it was released... so that's good. I think it really stands the test of time... but it still isn't one of my favorites. This movie I think is pretty cool because it was the first time Pixar really used humans. When I was little I thought "Toys, Bugs, Monsters, Fish... the next movie will be about dogs!" And I was surprised it was this! I didn't know Pixar could do that! But I guess technically its about heroes and not humans... but then Pixar began to show more humans in their world and The Pixar Theory was started... and yeah. I just kind of want to state my opinion on the Pixar Theory here too cause why not: I don't believe that Pixar set out to create this elaborate world with all the movies connected... but I do still believe it exists in some way shape of form. It all adds up and checks out... so for me... somehow t...

Rereading My Favorite Thing I Wrote In College

Hey guys! I'd say "today's post is a little different" but they're all kind of different to begin with... so this might end up being the same- or at least something that can fit into this blog in a nice way. So I don't want to post the actual thing that I wrote... but in my college Creative Writing Class that I took at 21 we needed to write a fantastical realism short story. And I wrote something that I always liked. The lead character was a smart and sassy woman... the fantastical elements were exciting and unique... and the story as a whole had a cute ending and a good message... and I really liked the way that I took what happened in my real life and changed it into this amazing and fantastical thing. Re-reading it... it was still pretty good. I actually liked the ending a little bit better because it had a nice message about believing in yourself that I kind of just snuck in there without much thought... and there was a cute little love story. I liked ...
