New Girl Season 5 Review

So New Girl Season 5... not my favorite season of New Girl. Actually- I still liked it but I'd say it was my least favorite. I'm glad Zooey Deschanel was able to leave the show for Maternity Leave and the episodes without her were okay... I liked Megan Fox on the show... I think she did a great job but... I missed the group dynamic with everyone in the loft.

I liked Cece and Schmidt's engagement a lot- I think them actually being together together in the show just made everything so funny and so sweet. CeCe's really funny and I liked that she moved into the loft- especially since Jess wasn't on for a few episodes. It felt like we needed more CeCe without Jess.

I also like Winston and Ally's relationship. They're really just perfect together and it was nice to see Winston with someone for real.

I liked Jess and Sam's relationship back in this season and... the way it ends is actually really sweet too. Sorry if I'm spoiling too much but... Sam is probably my favorite love interest on the show. He seems like such a jerk when Jess starts dating him- but he becomes a really great guy and a friend of the group. Plus he's just so handsome and he looks really good with Jess!

The more I'm saying things about this season the more I really like it actually. I still think it's my least favorite season- but it does have some really cute moments.

And... that's all I have to say! So I hope you guys like this and I'll review Season 6 next week!

Weekly Wrap Up 7.30.17

Sunday 7.23.17  Sunday was a really good day… it was kind of a lazy day for me… but my dad pretty much finished most of the painting in my room… he ran out of paint before he could totally finish it up… so he’ll finish that up soon… my mom is going to the paint store tomorrow… so hopefully he can finish it up then.  He also made some really fantastic barbecue pork… it was going to be pulled pork… but the pulling process didn’t really work… I kind of prefer the texture of it sliced instead of pulled…. idk. I like pulled pork… but this sliced pork was really delicious and flavorful and good.  We went for Starbucks and Ice Cream too… which was fun. Starbucks sends a lot of bonus stars offers after 2… so even though we go in the morning- we have to go after 2 because then we’ll get bonus stars, which my dad uses in New York because it’s a little more expensive there.  And then the ice cream… nutella ice cream with crushed oreos and marshmallow…it was del...

Throwback Thursday: The Incredibles

This is one of the more underrated movies in the Pixar Universe... thatI think is actually getting more popular now than it was back when it was released... so that's good. I think it really stands the test of time... but it still isn't one of my favorites. This movie I think is pretty cool because it was the first time Pixar really used humans. When I was little I thought "Toys, Bugs, Monsters, Fish... the next movie will be about dogs!" And I was surprised it was this! I didn't know Pixar could do that! But I guess technically its about heroes and not humans... but then Pixar began to show more humans in their world and The Pixar Theory was started... and yeah. I just kind of want to state my opinion on the Pixar Theory here too cause why not: I don't believe that Pixar set out to create this elaborate world with all the movies connected... but I do still believe it exists in some way shape of form. It all adds up and checks out... so for me... somehow t...

Rereading My Favorite Thing I Wrote In College

Hey guys! I'd say "today's post is a little different" but they're all kind of different to begin with... so this might end up being the same- or at least something that can fit into this blog in a nice way. So I don't want to post the actual thing that I wrote... but in my college Creative Writing Class that I took at 21 we needed to write a fantastical realism short story. And I wrote something that I always liked. The lead character was a smart and sassy woman... the fantastical elements were exciting and unique... and the story as a whole had a cute ending and a good message... and I really liked the way that I took what happened in my real life and changed it into this amazing and fantastical thing. Re-reading it... it was still pretty good. I actually liked the ending a little bit better because it had a nice message about believing in yourself that I kind of just snuck in there without much thought... and there was a cute little love story. I liked ...
