If The Disney Princes Were On A Magical Bumble

So I thought this would be sort of fun to do... I'm going to keep it super PG though because... well frankly anything more than PG would disturb me on this one.

I was watching a video where... well I was watching this video which combines "You're Welcome" and "I'll Make A Man Out Of You" and I thought "Shang doesn't get enough credit.Does he end up with Mulan? I would date him!" And then I thought "Ehhh idk if I would. His whole thing is manliness and he's pretty tough on the other guys in this scene... Idk."

So... yeah. Basically in this version of Bumble you see the profile pictures... but then instead of a description or a bio- it's based off of one of their songs from the movie.

Shang (Mulan)

Shang is a very good singer and anything where they talk about "The Dark Side of The Moon" just kind of fascinates me... because that is mysterious. I'm a little concerned with how he treats the men in the song... but by the end of the song you can see that they've improved from that... so I think I'd swipe right! He did a good job!

Maui (Moana)

Alright- Maui is a little more complicated. Picture alone- I might swipe right. He's buff, tattooed... I am imagining some sort of Man Bun in the profile- which would get me to hesitate... but I still think his photos would be impressive... but then we get to the song... which as good as it is does make him sound a little selfish... and he's pretty much just bragging about his accomplishments... so I'd probably swipe left!

To be fair though... Maui's accomplishments are more brag-worthy than anyone I've talked to on Bumble... so that's good.

Aladdin

Aladdin is my favorite! I think his bio would show pictures of him with Abu...so they would show he's good with animals. I think his song would be "One Step Ahead". I think he'd maybe lie and say he wasn't really a "street rat" because my profile says I want to date rich guys... but I'd tell him that's sort of a joke and to just be himself... and I think we'd get along. So Swipe Right.

Hercules

Hercules is buff and Greek... so I'd probably swipe right just for that... but I think the I can go the distance song might scare me a little bit. He seems committed and determined... and that's a good thin- but it's a little intimidating. So I'd cautiously swipe right.

And thus concludes the weirdest thing I think I've posted. I'll do more of these I'm sure...but that's it for now!

Byeee!

Weekly Wrap Up 7.30.17

Sunday 7.23.17  Sunday was a really good day… it was kind of a lazy day for me… but my dad pretty much finished most of the painting in my room… he ran out of paint before he could totally finish it up… so he’ll finish that up soon… my mom is going to the paint store tomorrow… so hopefully he can finish it up then.  He also made some really fantastic barbecue pork… it was going to be pulled pork… but the pulling process didn’t really work… I kind of prefer the texture of it sliced instead of pulled…. idk. I like pulled pork… but this sliced pork was really delicious and flavorful and good.  We went for Starbucks and Ice Cream too… which was fun. Starbucks sends a lot of bonus stars offers after 2… so even though we go in the morning- we have to go after 2 because then we’ll get bonus stars, which my dad uses in New York because it’s a little more expensive there.  And then the ice cream… nutella ice cream with crushed oreos and marshmallow…it was del...

Throwback Thursday: The Incredibles

This is one of the more underrated movies in the Pixar Universe... thatI think is actually getting more popular now than it was back when it was released... so that's good. I think it really stands the test of time... but it still isn't one of my favorites. This movie I think is pretty cool because it was the first time Pixar really used humans. When I was little I thought "Toys, Bugs, Monsters, Fish... the next movie will be about dogs!" And I was surprised it was this! I didn't know Pixar could do that! But I guess technically its about heroes and not humans... but then Pixar began to show more humans in their world and The Pixar Theory was started... and yeah. I just kind of want to state my opinion on the Pixar Theory here too cause why not: I don't believe that Pixar set out to create this elaborate world with all the movies connected... but I do still believe it exists in some way shape of form. It all adds up and checks out... so for me... somehow t...

Rereading My Favorite Thing I Wrote In College

Hey guys! I'd say "today's post is a little different" but they're all kind of different to begin with... so this might end up being the same- or at least something that can fit into this blog in a nice way. So I don't want to post the actual thing that I wrote... but in my college Creative Writing Class that I took at 21 we needed to write a fantastical realism short story. And I wrote something that I always liked. The lead character was a smart and sassy woman... the fantastical elements were exciting and unique... and the story as a whole had a cute ending and a good message... and I really liked the way that I took what happened in my real life and changed it into this amazing and fantastical thing. Re-reading it... it was still pretty good. I actually liked the ending a little bit better because it had a nice message about believing in yourself that I kind of just snuck in there without much thought... and there was a cute little love story. I liked ...
