Target Tuesday: Fall Archer Farms Cookie Review

Alright- I had to get 'em! 3 Archer Farm flavors of cookies. I'm not sure if these are new or not- but this was my first time having them. So I got the Maple Truffle Butter Cookies, The Pumpkin Spice Creme Filled Wafer Cookies and the Pumpkin Cheesecake Cookies.  So I'm going to review them from Worst to Best. They're all pretty good- but there's one I wouldn't buy again.

Pumpkin Spice Filled Wafer Cookies

These... taste a little weird. I feel like sometimes pumpkin spice can taste a few different ways... one like actual pumpkin spice, two like a candle or 3 like chicken curry. The first time I tried it it tasted like Pumpkin Spice to me... which was good. But the second time it sort of tasted like a candle and now when I eat it... it just tastes like chicken curry. I kissed my boyfriend after he ate one of these and I think he said he tasted like Barbecue sauce or something... and he was pretty sure this was why and I was like "really?" and now that I've tasted it some more... yes. For Sure.

I like these best dipped in my coffee but honestly... there are better of these piroutte cookies you can get. Honestly get the ones from TJ Maxx... they have really good ones.

Pumpkin Cheesecake Cookies

I don't understand how this pumpkin cookie can taste so good compared to the creme of the wafer cookie. This one is soo good and it just works really well with the cheesecake filling... it's just super good. I like these a lot. They're very rich... but they're good. You can eat more than one.

Maple Truffle Butter Cookies

Omg... these are so good. They melt a little bit when you've had them a few days but they're so good. They're shortrbread cookies topped with chocolate and filled with a maple butter that just tastes really good. It's kind of like a caramel sauce and tastes a little like butter. So so good. Totally recommend this.

So yeah- those are my thoughts. Wouldn't really recommend the Wafer cookies- but the other 2 you need to try!

Bye!

Weekly Wrap Up 7.30.17

Sunday 7.23.17  Sunday was a really good day… it was kind of a lazy day for me… but my dad pretty much finished most of the painting in my room… he ran out of paint before he could totally finish it up… so he’ll finish that up soon… my mom is going to the paint store tomorrow… so hopefully he can finish it up then.  He also made some really fantastic barbecue pork… it was going to be pulled pork… but the pulling process didn’t really work… I kind of prefer the texture of it sliced instead of pulled…. idk. I like pulled pork… but this sliced pork was really delicious and flavorful and good.  We went for Starbucks and Ice Cream too… which was fun. Starbucks sends a lot of bonus stars offers after 2… so even though we go in the morning- we have to go after 2 because then we’ll get bonus stars, which my dad uses in New York because it’s a little more expensive there.  And then the ice cream… nutella ice cream with crushed oreos and marshmallow…it was del...

Throwback Thursday: The Incredibles

This is one of the more underrated movies in the Pixar Universe... thatI think is actually getting more popular now than it was back when it was released... so that's good. I think it really stands the test of time... but it still isn't one of my favorites. This movie I think is pretty cool because it was the first time Pixar really used humans. When I was little I thought "Toys, Bugs, Monsters, Fish... the next movie will be about dogs!" And I was surprised it was this! I didn't know Pixar could do that! But I guess technically its about heroes and not humans... but then Pixar began to show more humans in their world and The Pixar Theory was started... and yeah. I just kind of want to state my opinion on the Pixar Theory here too cause why not: I don't believe that Pixar set out to create this elaborate world with all the movies connected... but I do still believe it exists in some way shape of form. It all adds up and checks out... so for me... somehow t...

Rereading My Favorite Thing I Wrote In College

Hey guys! I'd say "today's post is a little different" but they're all kind of different to begin with... so this might end up being the same- or at least something that can fit into this blog in a nice way. So I don't want to post the actual thing that I wrote... but in my college Creative Writing Class that I took at 21 we needed to write a fantastical realism short story. And I wrote something that I always liked. The lead character was a smart and sassy woman... the fantastical elements were exciting and unique... and the story as a whole had a cute ending and a good message... and I really liked the way that I took what happened in my real life and changed it into this amazing and fantastical thing. Re-reading it... it was still pretty good. I actually liked the ending a little bit better because it had a nice message about believing in yourself that I kind of just snuck in there without much thought... and there was a cute little love story. I liked ...
