Marvel Movies That I'm Interested In Even Though I don't Really Like Marvel Movies

Sooo... I was just kind of thinking "I really want to see Black Panther." And I'm not all that into Marvel Movies... so this is kind of a big deal... and then I thought "hey... there are other Marvel Movies that I'd like to see... this might be a blog.

So... I'll start with that. A lot of these are sequels and I haven't seen the first one in every movie... but either way... these are movies. Lol.

Black Panther

Okay obviously Black Panther was the inspiration for all of this... so that's first on this list. I just like the actors in this movie... I like Michael B. Jordan, Lupita Nyongo and Letitia Wright a lot... I think Letitia Wright is really going places. I loved her in the Black Museum episode of Black Mirror and I just think she's fun to watch on screen... and I think she'll be great in a movie. I don't know how big of a part she'll have... but I like her and I'm excited about this.

The movie itself also looks beautiful... I know very little about the movie... but it looks like a gorgeous universe that it takes place in and... I just think it looks exciting. It's also an important movie as far as diversity in movies goes... It's very critically acclaimed also... it just seems like people like this one. I don't think I'll see this in theaters just because I don't think I really want to go to the movies right now due to the flu season... but still. I'm sure its amazing and probably a really good one to watch on the big screen!

Doctor Strange

This might be on Netflix... and if it is I might actually watch this one soon... but I've wanted to see this for a while now. I like Benedict Cumberbatch a lot and I want to see him in this leading roll... I think he'll do a great job. I know nothing really about this movie... but from the trailers it looked really unique and beautiful... and Strange- as the name implies. So yeah! I need to see this!

Guardians of The Galaxy Volume 2
I loved the first Guardians of The Galaxy... and I just didn't get out in the movies to see the sequel... this is another one I'll probably try to watch ASAP because I just really like Guardians!

Thor: Ragnarock

I'm a big fan of the director of this movie. The director of this movie also directed the movie What We Do In The Shadows... which is one of the funniest movies ever. It's a fake documentary about Vampires that are roommates... and it's just really funny... very well done. As someone that literally took a class about vampires: this has a lot of important vampire movie elements... and I just like it!

Anyway... this is about Thor Ragnarock- not What We Do In The Shadows. Thor has short hair in this... Jeff Goldblum is in this... those are 2 great standards for a movie... so yeah! I have no real desire to see the other Thor Movies... but this one I'll watch.

Avengers: Age of Ultron

I really love The Avengers movies... I'm not that into them individually... but getting all the Avengers together is just kind of awesome. And I love The Incredible Hulk... so I'd like to see more of him... cause I only really saw him in the first Avengers movie... so this one sounds good to me.

Captain America: Civil War

This seems almost like a mini Avengers movie... so I want to see it. I just kind of like that Iron Man and Captain America are fighting... I want to see how that pans out and which one I like.

Alright... so that's everything. Anything else I need to add to the list? Let me know!

Byeee!

Weekly Wrap Up 7.30.17

Sunday 7.23.17  Sunday was a really good day… it was kind of a lazy day for me… but my dad pretty much finished most of the painting in my room… he ran out of paint before he could totally finish it up… so he’ll finish that up soon… my mom is going to the paint store tomorrow… so hopefully he can finish it up then.  He also made some really fantastic barbecue pork… it was going to be pulled pork… but the pulling process didn’t really work… I kind of prefer the texture of it sliced instead of pulled…. idk. I like pulled pork… but this sliced pork was really delicious and flavorful and good.  We went for Starbucks and Ice Cream too… which was fun. Starbucks sends a lot of bonus stars offers after 2… so even though we go in the morning- we have to go after 2 because then we’ll get bonus stars, which my dad uses in New York because it’s a little more expensive there.  And then the ice cream… nutella ice cream with crushed oreos and marshmallow…it was del...

Throwback Thursday: The Incredibles

This is one of the more underrated movies in the Pixar Universe... thatI think is actually getting more popular now than it was back when it was released... so that's good. I think it really stands the test of time... but it still isn't one of my favorites. This movie I think is pretty cool because it was the first time Pixar really used humans. When I was little I thought "Toys, Bugs, Monsters, Fish... the next movie will be about dogs!" And I was surprised it was this! I didn't know Pixar could do that! But I guess technically its about heroes and not humans... but then Pixar began to show more humans in their world and The Pixar Theory was started... and yeah. I just kind of want to state my opinion on the Pixar Theory here too cause why not: I don't believe that Pixar set out to create this elaborate world with all the movies connected... but I do still believe it exists in some way shape of form. It all adds up and checks out... so for me... somehow t...

Rereading My Favorite Thing I Wrote In College

Hey guys! I'd say "today's post is a little different" but they're all kind of different to begin with... so this might end up being the same- or at least something that can fit into this blog in a nice way. So I don't want to post the actual thing that I wrote... but in my college Creative Writing Class that I took at 21 we needed to write a fantastical realism short story. And I wrote something that I always liked. The lead character was a smart and sassy woman... the fantastical elements were exciting and unique... and the story as a whole had a cute ending and a good message... and I really liked the way that I took what happened in my real life and changed it into this amazing and fantastical thing. Re-reading it... it was still pretty good. I actually liked the ending a little bit better because it had a nice message about believing in yourself that I kind of just snuck in there without much thought... and there was a cute little love story. I liked ...
