January 2021 It List

 1) Crosley Record Player- I really like this! I haven't used it a whole lot- but I feel like record collecting is a fun new hobby for me and I really like going to Jack's Music Store in Red Bank so... I feel like this is an exciting way to enjoy that a little more. I know I just posted about my record collection yesterday but.. I will likely be doing more music posts on this.

2) Wandavision- I can't get enough of this show! I've watched the first 2 episodes 3 times now and the last episode twice... and I watch just about every breakdown and theory video I can find about it. I... really like Wanda and I think this is a cool show. It's also just like you're watching an old classic tv show- but with the Marvel twist and you can see the hidden darkness behind this world that Wanda and Vision are trapped in.

3) Dot's Homestyle Pretzel Southwest- So I love the original Dot's Homestyle Pretzels... but these are also just really good. It tastes like Queso dip... it's so so good. I just finished a bag... I have a bag of original... but I know I'll buy more of this soon.

4) The Bachelor- If there's one thing I love to watch, discuss and theorize other than Wandavision... it's The Bachelor. I feel like this show is like a hobby of mine- I follow the contestants on instagram... I read news articles and things about what happened to past contestants and... I just like The Bachelor a lot. I like Matt James... I really liked last week's episode and I think Michele- who went on the one on one last date and is in the new group of women is my favorite... I'm excited for this and I'd like to see these girls on The Bachelorette or Bachelor in Paradise. Please... don't invite Queen Victoria to Paradise. I'm already exhausted from her this season.

5) LavishlyJackie on Instagram- I just discovered that Jackie Aina has a new Instagram that is more lifestyle focused... and it's awesome. I think this is mainly her tiktok videos... but I'm not much of a TikTok watcher... so this is where I like this a lot!

6) Multi Colored Salt Lamp- This is from the brand brookstone and I got it at work and... I love it! It comes with a remote and you could just use it as a plain salt lamp, or pick your favorite color or do what I do and use all the colors. Its so fun and I just like watching it!

7) Target Room Refresh- So I just did a post on this right here and... I'm excited with how this all came together and that I was able to add some new storage from the things I've bought at Target. I really like how everything came together... my life is a lot easier because of this lol.

8) Heated Foot Warmers- I've gotten a couple of different heated foot warmers from the store I work at. One is just a regular heated one and the other is a massaging heater... these just feel really nice and they work well to soothe my sore feet after work. I feel a little more refreshed and relaxed when I use these.

9) Zorelle Heating Pad for Neck and Back- So I used one that my mom has had for a few years... and it broke so I ordered her a new one... but she didn't really need it anymore- she usually just uses hand warmers for her hands so... I've sort of taken this and I love it! It comes down the back a little more than the other one did and it smells really nice. I have a few other heating pads too so sometimes I use this one, one for my lower back and then the heated foot warmers or the ones I have for the microwave... it's probably an odd site but it feels really good.

10) My Planners- I don't want to talk too much on these because I'm going to do a blog on these in a couple of weeks but I've gotten some planners from the brand Blue Sky. These are great and easy to use and plan things out and make goals. So Far I like these!

11) Bubly Sparkling Water- So at the beginning of the month/ the end of last year I had been getting Charlie Horses- which usually means you need to drink more water... and Sparkling water is a great way to do that! My favorite flavors right now are Raspberry and Pineapple and I'm not that fond of the Blackberry one. The Cherry one is pretty good too and I don't think they have these in cans- but I like the Strawberry ones a lot.

So that is everything! I hope you guys like this!

Bye!

Weekly Wrap Up 7.30.17

Sunday 7.23.17  Sunday was a really good day… it was kind of a lazy day for me… but my dad pretty much finished most of the painting in my room… he ran out of paint before he could totally finish it up… so he’ll finish that up soon… my mom is going to the paint store tomorrow… so hopefully he can finish it up then.  He also made some really fantastic barbecue pork… it was going to be pulled pork… but the pulling process didn’t really work… I kind of prefer the texture of it sliced instead of pulled…. idk. I like pulled pork… but this sliced pork was really delicious and flavorful and good.  We went for Starbucks and Ice Cream too… which was fun. Starbucks sends a lot of bonus stars offers after 2… so even though we go in the morning- we have to go after 2 because then we’ll get bonus stars, which my dad uses in New York because it’s a little more expensive there.  And then the ice cream… nutella ice cream with crushed oreos and marshmallow…it was del...

Throwback Thursday: The Incredibles

This is one of the more underrated movies in the Pixar Universe... thatI think is actually getting more popular now than it was back when it was released... so that's good. I think it really stands the test of time... but it still isn't one of my favorites. This movie I think is pretty cool because it was the first time Pixar really used humans. When I was little I thought "Toys, Bugs, Monsters, Fish... the next movie will be about dogs!" And I was surprised it was this! I didn't know Pixar could do that! But I guess technically its about heroes and not humans... but then Pixar began to show more humans in their world and The Pixar Theory was started... and yeah. I just kind of want to state my opinion on the Pixar Theory here too cause why not: I don't believe that Pixar set out to create this elaborate world with all the movies connected... but I do still believe it exists in some way shape of form. It all adds up and checks out... so for me... somehow t...

Rereading My Favorite Thing I Wrote In College

Hey guys! I'd say "today's post is a little different" but they're all kind of different to begin with... so this might end up being the same- or at least something that can fit into this blog in a nice way. So I don't want to post the actual thing that I wrote... but in my college Creative Writing Class that I took at 21 we needed to write a fantastical realism short story. And I wrote something that I always liked. The lead character was a smart and sassy woman... the fantastical elements were exciting and unique... and the story as a whole had a cute ending and a good message... and I really liked the way that I took what happened in my real life and changed it into this amazing and fantastical thing. Re-reading it... it was still pretty good. I actually liked the ending a little bit better because it had a nice message about believing in yourself that I kind of just snuck in there without much thought... and there was a cute little love story. I liked ...
