Cheese And Crackers- But Better

Okay so I made some Cheese and Crackers today- but I'd like to say I elevated it a bit. This is really easy and not groundbreaking- but I had never done this until I saw this on youtube. You could do this with any type of cheese and any type of cracker that you'd like... but right now I've been really liking the flavored Triscuits. I've tried a few different flavors... they have some really good ones. I used the Balsamic Vinegar and Basil today- but I'll try this with other cheeses and other triscuits in the future I'm sure. I used sliced Munster Cheese. Munster is probably my favorite cheese. Since this was a big deli cheese I had to break it up into pieces that fit on the Triscuit. It sort of worked better if I put multiple small pieces of cheese on top of each other. The cheese isn't super easy to melt because it's just regular deli cheese but... it still worked really well and the hardest part was trying not to give my dog too much cheese. So

A Detailed look at the Movie Love Actually: Spoilers, Looks at each story, details I just noticed, my defense of Andrew Lincoln, Plus some theories.

Okay I'm at the stage in Quarantine where I think I'm just watching a lot of Christmas movies that I didn't have time to watch at Christmas... And I watched Love Actually... and I feel like this deserves a bit of a breakdown... so let's look at it. I'm going to give a look at every story and character and their connections... and I'll throw any theory I have with the connections also. 1) Emma Thompson and Alan Rickman- So Emma Thompson plays Karen who's married to Alan Rickman's character Harry. They have 2 kids and still seem to be in love but Harry is a little cold and preoccupied with work. He has a very beautiful secretary named Mia that we see him flirting with around the office -eventually he asks her what she wants for christmas in which she says "Something Pretty" and he gets her a necklace. Karen sees the necklace in Harry's pocket and she gets so excited that her husband actually got her this beautiful necklace. When she final

Quarantine Diaries... I'm 90% sure Today is Wednesday

Happy weekend guys! I'm going to share some real thoughts I had... but sort of in a fictionalized funny way. Diary Day 1  10:30ish  Today is Wednesday... I'm like 80% sure. I feel like the only way of measuring time right now is by the Bagel Bites Commercial... Pizza in the morning, pizza in the evening, Pizza at suppertime. So... yeah. I should drink coffee it's morning. 3 hours later...  It's weird that it's 5:30 already when I woke up at 10:30... ohhh  no! I must have snoozed my alarm and then got up at 2:30 instead. Oh well... Maybe I'll sleep before 4am tonight. 8:00PM  Why isn't The Masked Singer On tonight??? it's on every wednesday... ohhh wait... it's Tuesday. Damn. Ohh well. It'll be on tomorrow. 2:30AM  Okay... just one more episode of New Girl. Actually- I remmeber when this aired- they aired the next episode back to back with the next one so I should really watch them both. 3:00AM  WHY CAN'T I STOP THINKING ABOUT

10 Things That Have Been Making Me Happy

Okay... so I saw The Tim Tracker do this on their youtube channel- they got it from a channel called The Leg Life I think... and they did 10 things that made them happy that week/ in this time it sort of ended up being... so I'm going to do that too. 1) Watching TV- I forgot how much I've liked watching Netflix or something before bed... and that's kind of what I've been trying to do lately. It's good to just kind of get your mind off of things and just see what different characters are doing. Plus I used to ALWAYS watch tv and now I feel like there are just a few shows I watch if I'm home and their on... and the one show I did that most with was Modern Family which just ended... And it's mostly comedies I've been watching right now. I watched some of Tiger King and it was okay but I'm not really in a rush to finish it now that I've seen most of it... it made me a little bit sad to watch. I wanted to finish The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina bu

Target Tuesday: What I Miss About Target

So while I know Target is still open and considered an essential business... for what I go to Target for- it doesn't make sense to go there. I don't think they should be open other than for groceries- so as much as I love Target and as much as I'd like to go there just to see what they have or just be in there... I know its not right and I can get anything I want from Target online... as you guys can tell from my other 2 Target Posts. Tomorrow I might put what I LOVE about Target's website because it is all the joy of Target from your home. The Dollar Spot  The dollar spot is very fun to peruse and see all of the decorations. I haven't been buying as much from the dollar spot recently, but it is one of my favorite places to check out around holidays and I love seeing how people decorate using items from The Dollar Spot. This is also known as Bullseye's Playground... which leads me to my next point. Bullseye  Bullseye is so cute!!! I miss seeing him aroun

Music Monday: Harry Styles- Fine Line Album Review

Alright Harry Styles is someone I keep on hearing about now- for a good reason! I didn't listen to One Direction a lot- but I did kind of like the songs I heard- but this is actually a lot better than those songs! It's actually better than a lot of albums in my opinion! I think Harry Styles might be my 2nd favorite male artist following Ed Sheeran. I actually just texted my sister to listen to it because I know she likes Ed Sheeran also and as I said he's my 2nd favorite male singer. Not that they're similar... but it's kind of like "Ohhh I like him, so maybe you will." The album is very chill and easy to listen to. I've listened to the full album at least 3 times and I'm listening to it as I write this also! One of my favorite youtubers, Jessica Braun suggested putting his songs on a "chill" playlist and I think that's a great idea. It's all very chill. Favorite songs of the album are "Cherry" "Treat People wit

Target Tuesday: Small Entertainment Haul

Okay... So I did need 1 thing from Target again... and I decided to get some other things I wanted too... so let's see what I got! The thing I kind of needed was a 3 way lightbulb... exciting right? So the one I got goes from 50 watts to 100 watts to 150 watts. I have a lamp that only takes 3 way light bulbs and the one I got for it last year burnt out- so I got a 2 pack. This is nice- I used to only have 1 lamp- but sometimes my room gets really dark so I'm happy to have this second one. I'm thinking of getting a second one for my sisters room too cause I go in there to write sometimes... but right now I'm not sure where I'd put it. Next Up... Before all of this my boyfriend pre-ordered Rise of Skywalker from The Disney Store... which was closed of corse by the time Rise of Skywalker was released... so I had been like wanting to watch the movie again and I was like "Ehh I'm just going to order my own copy!" So I got the 4k version that came with a

Brightburn Movie Review

I had no idea what this movie was about before I saw it- but my boyfriend had it digitally and we had a social distancing movie date of streaming this movie and watching it together... which was great! I did really like this movie overall... but it did have some problems. So this is a horror movie that is basically if Superman was a villain. The Breyer family lives on a farm in a town called Brightburn and around their son Brandon's 12th birthday he starts acting a little peculiar. He wakes up in the middle of the nice hearing voices, he's been very angry around his parents and a girl he likes at school who thought she saw him outside of her window... all very strange things happening with this kid. And we find out his parents adopted him when they found him in a spaceship. The story is interesting. It actually is scary and I feel like this would have been fun to see in theaters... but the characters were a little flat. The characters are all detailed pretty well, the mom i

Productivity Boards April 2020

Okay... so this is kind of silly but I'm trying to keep myself busy and I'm trying to keep my social media posts updated as a way to keep me sane and occupied... but this is just my way of having a to do list and I thought I would share these with you guys! First off I have my Cork Board and right now I have a chart of some monthly goals I have for myself and my social medias. I have it broken into 4 parts- Personal, Blogs, Youtube and Other social media. I tried to make it a little broad except for my personal part because that's probably A) What I'll neglect and B) What I need the most. I'll try to keep more daily things on the next thing I'll talk about and in a bullet journal... which I also want to keep up with more. The other things I Have on this are the lists of blogs I'm planning to write and when I'm planning on posting them- and I have different colored dots to show if I've written them, typed them out or scheduled them. I'm not

Nintendo Switch Games

Hey guys! SO I've actually had my Nintendo Switch for a while- but really I haven't had much time to play it until recently for obvious reasons... but here are some of the games that I have and some thoughts on them! So first off I have The Legend Of Zelda Breath of The Wild. I've had a Zelda game before but I've never really played it- so I'm excited to play this one. I got this on Black Friday- it was a ridiculously good price so I really wanted to try it! The first game I got for this was Super Mario Oddysey. I loved the Super Mario Games as a kid... and this one is a lot different. It is a fun expansion on it... but I'm really NOT good at this game lol. It's fun and hopefully I can practice and play a little bit. Next up is Undertale. This is a really cute game that my boyfriend got me. I've probably played this one the most... I don't really want to describe this because it's hard to describe without spoiling and this is a game you sho

App Review: Duolingo

So a lot of people have been trying to learn languages right now and I downloaded Duolingo right before all this happened. Right now I'm on a 25 day streak (at the time writing this... hopefully it's kept up by the time I post this) and I'm learning Spanish, Greek and Italian. When I first downloaded this app years ago I tried Italian because I took one semester my very LAST semester of college and I wanted to try to keep up with it. I downloaded it again because my boyfriend had started learning Japanese on it and I wanted to try to learn some Greek. I decided to add Spanish to it also because I was pretty good at Spanish in High School and College and I thought that would be a good language to pick up. It's also not too confusing to do 3 different languages surprisingly. I do get confused between Spanish and Italian sometimes- but I might try to break up when I do them throughout the day. Maybe I'll do Greek before bed and when I wake up and I'll do Italia

My Thoughts on Peter Weber's Season of The Bachelor

So- it's been a while since this has been on- but since I didn't really have time to do my Bachelor Buzz Posts I still wanted to give you guys my final thoughts on it. Overall do I think Pete wanted to get married? No. I think he wanted to get paid and laid to be perfectly honest. Sorry for being crass- but I think he only really paid attention to the girls that he wanted to get with and I think that's why Victoria F got so far in the show. She kept yelling at him on ALL of their dates- plus he had heard that she broke up marriages so... he probably shouldn't have picked her if he really wanted a relationship from her... which I don't think he really did. There were SO MANY girls that he wasn't giving one on ones to and so many that got second one on ones... and I would have been really annoyed if I was one of the girls on his season. I do think Pete seemed happiest with Madison and I was really rooting for her because I think he did seem happy. She was his
