HAPPY NEW YEAR DAILY SOMETHINGERS!!!!!!

Hey something-ers! Long time no see- hopefully I will FINALLY be better with that this year... I have some blogs I've written out- I'm going to type them tomorrow I think... I have the day off but... I guess I can talk to you about my day yesterday and today... it was kinda fun.

So my Boyfriend, Aspen picked me up from work yesterday... Work was great- it went by really quickly and I was complimented on stuff by bigger bosses and it was great! And... it was just really good. And I forgot Aspen was picking me up so that was even better when I got to see him in the store. Then we went out to lunch and we went by his area to celebrate New Year's with his friends!

Before that- we had to run some errands... get a few things for the party and some things he needed. And we went to Best Buy cause he needed something... so we found what he needed pretty quickly and then we had to wait in line... and this was like the worst Best Buy of all time. Actually... the worst customer service experience ever possibly? There were only 2 registers in the store? Maybe there were some more- there was like a Windows counter and an Apple counter- so I guess those had registers maybe? But there were only 2 for where we needed to be and there were 2 people doing returns in front of us. And I guess one of those registers was just for returns because when we were next in line- the cashier took someone that JUST got there for a return instead of us.

The guy that waited on us really was not much better. When my boyfriend got his one thing he said "do you want a bag?" And my boyfriend said "Yes,Please" and he looked around for a bag... didn't get one- handed my boyfriend his item and said "Have a nice day." And... that was it.

Sooo yeah. Not the best experience ever. I like Best Buy- the one near me is actually pretty nice. I've only been there once where I actually bought something recently- but I would definitely go again! I just will never go to this particular best buy ever again.

Anyway- besides that- the night was great! We had a fun time with his friends. It was great. I also had a White Claw- which is not strong alcohol-wise... but it is quite sweet... which made me get a headache. That and the fact that I had gotten up at 6:30 and stayed up all night... also made me very tired. I did a lot that day! I did find some advil that must have fallen out of my purse the last time I was in his car though- so that was good. It was like magic- I said "I wish I still had those advil that were in my purse" and then they appeared like magic!

And today I went to work- and then my mom had a little party with some family when I got out... so that was good! And I had another good day at work too... so it was all pretty good and tomorrow I have the day off!

I didn't pre-write this blog before posting it... so it might be kinda rambly and weird but... I might do that sometimes to catch up on my better planned/ written out blogs. This might be kinda what I write in between things.

Bye!

Weekly Wrap Up 7.30.17

Sunday 7.23.17  Sunday was a really good day… it was kind of a lazy day for me… but my dad pretty much finished most of the painting in my room… he ran out of paint before he could totally finish it up… so he’ll finish that up soon… my mom is going to the paint store tomorrow… so hopefully he can finish it up then.  He also made some really fantastic barbecue pork… it was going to be pulled pork… but the pulling process didn’t really work… I kind of prefer the texture of it sliced instead of pulled…. idk. I like pulled pork… but this sliced pork was really delicious and flavorful and good.  We went for Starbucks and Ice Cream too… which was fun. Starbucks sends a lot of bonus stars offers after 2… so even though we go in the morning- we have to go after 2 because then we’ll get bonus stars, which my dad uses in New York because it’s a little more expensive there.  And then the ice cream… nutella ice cream with crushed oreos and marshmallow…it was del...

Throwback Thursday: The Incredibles

This is one of the more underrated movies in the Pixar Universe... thatI think is actually getting more popular now than it was back when it was released... so that's good. I think it really stands the test of time... but it still isn't one of my favorites. This movie I think is pretty cool because it was the first time Pixar really used humans. When I was little I thought "Toys, Bugs, Monsters, Fish... the next movie will be about dogs!" And I was surprised it was this! I didn't know Pixar could do that! But I guess technically its about heroes and not humans... but then Pixar began to show more humans in their world and The Pixar Theory was started... and yeah. I just kind of want to state my opinion on the Pixar Theory here too cause why not: I don't believe that Pixar set out to create this elaborate world with all the movies connected... but I do still believe it exists in some way shape of form. It all adds up and checks out... so for me... somehow t...

Rereading My Favorite Thing I Wrote In College

Hey guys! I'd say "today's post is a little different" but they're all kind of different to begin with... so this might end up being the same- or at least something that can fit into this blog in a nice way. So I don't want to post the actual thing that I wrote... but in my college Creative Writing Class that I took at 21 we needed to write a fantastical realism short story. And I wrote something that I always liked. The lead character was a smart and sassy woman... the fantastical elements were exciting and unique... and the story as a whole had a cute ending and a good message... and I really liked the way that I took what happened in my real life and changed it into this amazing and fantastical thing. Re-reading it... it was still pretty good. I actually liked the ending a little bit better because it had a nice message about believing in yourself that I kind of just snuck in there without much thought... and there was a cute little love story. I liked ...
