The Chill List

I'm not having a chill day... sometimes that's how it goes... so I thought I'd share some thoughts and things that are maybe a little more chill. The Story of Tonight from The Hamilton Soundtrack  This is what has been chilling me out today. Our country might be more divided now than it has been in recent years... but Freedom is something they can never take away, no matter what anyone tells you. Twisted Peppermint  Twisted Peppermint from Bath and Body Works is a nice calming scent that I like using before going to bed. It's really nice! Justin Scarred  I've mentioned lots of disney bloggers on here before... Justin Scarred might be the most chill for me to watch. I just think his videos are just really nice and informative, but you still feel like you're there... and he's a nice guy. I think you'd like his videos. Coloring Books  You guys know I love coloring books! These are super calming and it just makes me proud of myself when I see the...

Chart Chat 11.8.16

Hope everyone's voted today! Now onto the top 10 movies! I usually like doing this on Mondays... but since I wanted to encourage voting I thought I'd save it until today! 10) Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children- This has been out for 6 weeks and its still doing pretty well! I feel like thats worth me seeing at least. I still kind of want to read the book first... but I feel old. Lol. I'll watch every Disney or Pixar movie several times, but reading this book makes me feel a little young. Go figure. Anyway, I'm glad this is doing so well and I hope to see or read it soon. I like Eva Green, this looks good! 9) The Girl on the Train- Again, I want to read the book first... but I feel like I know a little too much about it now to really enjoy. I guess not really... but still! Its a book I have to read and a movie I want to see. I love mysteries and Emily Blunt... so this seems like the movie for me because it is a mystery and it does have Emily Blunt. Litera...

Raise A Glass To Freedom

Something they can NEVER take away, no matter what they tell you.  That is something I'm praying for tonight. Freedom. There is a good chance of people losing their freedom tonight. I feel disrespected. I don't think Hillary Clinton is necessarily the best woman candidate we could have... but I don't know that we'll ever have another woman candidate. And as a woman, I think I'm pretty fearless... I don't think I've ever been more afraid of anything in my life. But Freedom is something they can never take away, no matter what they tell you. So if you don't like the results tomorrow... just remember that.

Name all the states in 6 minutes... but got interrupted

Last night I was too comfy to write the Before Bed Blog... so this is the waking up blog. I really think I like the Before Bed Blog better... but it seems the morning blog is a little easier. So last night I tried learning all the states and played Chandler's state game... where you name all the states in 6 minutes... and I'm going to try to do that now... keep in mind... I have Let's make a deal on... so that is my only source of what things might be. Otherwise I'm just going to try to get to 50 without using my computer. I'll number it first, which I didn't do in my notebook last night. 1) New Jersey 2)New York 3)New Hampshire 4) New Mexico 5)Alaska 6)Hawaii 7)Arkansas 8)kansas 9)North Carolina 10) South Carolina 11) South Dakota 12)North Dakota 13)Virginia 14)West Virginia 15)Maryland 16)California 17) Florida 18) Connecticut 19)Pennsylvania 20)Arizona 21)Nebraska 22)Kentucky 23)Alabama 24)Texas 25)Ohio 26)Idaho 27)Iowa 28)Illin...

Why You Should Vote! A Lighthearted Look At The World Today

Before you roll your eyes and think "Ohhh no... another 20-something telling me who to vote for." Calm down... I'm not going to say who to vote for... but here's why you should vote! If I were writing this blog as a pamphlet wayyy back when America was trying to gain independence people would be like "Yeah, duh we should vote... but for some reason we're still being ruled by King George... so how do we do that!" And then if I wrote it after the revolution they'd be like "Well duh you should vote! A bunch of my friends died so that you could vote... ohhh wait, you're a woman. Nevermind. Get your husband to vote for you." And then if I wrote during the suffragette movement people would be like "Yes of corse you should vote! We've been fighting for years for women to vote! You should!" Point is... a bunch of people have fought, and even died for me to vote. I don't feel like its right for me to just be like "Nah....
