Ruby Tuesday Crispy Chicken and Pimento Sandwich

So remember how I like to write about my food reviews- particularly from chain restaurants? That's what this is! I'm bringing it back cause I found a good one... and I even have a picture actually!

So this sandwich caught my eye originally because I really like pimento... and I feel like it's a hard thing to find outside of an Olive. I don't like olives... which is kind of the main squeeze for a pimento kind of... but whenever I see a thing with Pimento I like to order it!

So yes I ordered for the pimento- but I stayed for the chicken! The chicken was actually really good too. Very crispy and kind of big and juicy. It was really yummy! And the chicken was warm... the pimento cheese was not warm. I think it might have supposed to be warm... but it didn't taste bad cold. If it had tasted bad I think I would have sent it back... but it really wasn't bad so I wasn't going to complain.

There was quite a bit of Pimento cheese on it too... almost too much. I was a little bit congested... so I didn't want to eat that much of the cheese because cheese and sniffles don't really mix that well. I did take some of the cheese off and had it been warmer I probably would have dipped my fries in it... but since it wasn't super warm I just kind of had it to the side. If they maybe had a little less of it too it probably could have been warmer and tasted a little bit better... but again- I still thought it tasted great and wasn't going to complain.

Also I just want to talk about the fries too because it is served with fries and the fries are just perfect. If I'm eating a fast food fry I want it kind of crispy because usually those aren't too potato-ey... but when I'm at a sit down location I kind of like a more potatoey well seasoned fry that is still firm but not quite as crisp... and these fries were exactly what I like. Not the best fries ever... but still quite good and definitely not soggy!

So I would definitely recommend getting this sandwich and I would totally order it again. I actually showed the picture on my instagram to promote my last blog post and one girl I know loves Ruby Tuesday's and knew EXACTLY what it was and has ordered it before and said how good it was. And I showed my boyfriend and he was jealous because he had a Smashburger at his school's campus and it was not delicious and this sandwich looked way better. So that is sort of all the opinions on this sandwich. I hope you guys like my sandwich review. Tomorrow I might do an Isn't It Romantic Movie Review... and I'll have a Lego Movie 2 review up soon... plus bachelor recaps and possibly another DVD Haul... maybe a book haul too... and maybe a Disney Store Haul or 2? Lol I am sure you'll see!

Bye!

Weekly Wrap Up 7.30.17

Sunday 7.23.17  Sunday was a really good day… it was kind of a lazy day for me… but my dad pretty much finished most of the painting in my room… he ran out of paint before he could totally finish it up… so he’ll finish that up soon… my mom is going to the paint store tomorrow… so hopefully he can finish it up then.  He also made some really fantastic barbecue pork… it was going to be pulled pork… but the pulling process didn’t really work… I kind of prefer the texture of it sliced instead of pulled…. idk. I like pulled pork… but this sliced pork was really delicious and flavorful and good.  We went for Starbucks and Ice Cream too… which was fun. Starbucks sends a lot of bonus stars offers after 2… so even though we go in the morning- we have to go after 2 because then we’ll get bonus stars, which my dad uses in New York because it’s a little more expensive there.  And then the ice cream… nutella ice cream with crushed oreos and marshmallow…it was del...

Throwback Thursday: The Incredibles

This is one of the more underrated movies in the Pixar Universe... thatI think is actually getting more popular now than it was back when it was released... so that's good. I think it really stands the test of time... but it still isn't one of my favorites. This movie I think is pretty cool because it was the first time Pixar really used humans. When I was little I thought "Toys, Bugs, Monsters, Fish... the next movie will be about dogs!" And I was surprised it was this! I didn't know Pixar could do that! But I guess technically its about heroes and not humans... but then Pixar began to show more humans in their world and The Pixar Theory was started... and yeah. I just kind of want to state my opinion on the Pixar Theory here too cause why not: I don't believe that Pixar set out to create this elaborate world with all the movies connected... but I do still believe it exists in some way shape of form. It all adds up and checks out... so for me... somehow t...

Rereading My Favorite Thing I Wrote In College

Hey guys! I'd say "today's post is a little different" but they're all kind of different to begin with... so this might end up being the same- or at least something that can fit into this blog in a nice way. So I don't want to post the actual thing that I wrote... but in my college Creative Writing Class that I took at 21 we needed to write a fantastical realism short story. And I wrote something that I always liked. The lead character was a smart and sassy woman... the fantastical elements were exciting and unique... and the story as a whole had a cute ending and a good message... and I really liked the way that I took what happened in my real life and changed it into this amazing and fantastical thing. Re-reading it... it was still pretty good. I actually liked the ending a little bit better because it had a nice message about believing in yourself that I kind of just snuck in there without much thought... and there was a cute little love story. I liked ...
