13 Days of AHS Day 3: Is James Patrick March Really Evil???

Hotel is one of my least favorite seasons of American Horror Story- but for some reason it's one of the only seasons I've seen all the way through 2 times... as of this point that is only Murder House, Hotel and I'm just finishing up the last episode of Coven for the first time since it aired also!

Anyway... James Patrick March is an interesting Character as far as AHS Lore goes because while he seems very evil while he is alive... as a ghost he seems a little more lighthearted. I believe he only kills people in the afterlife if he believes it will benefit the hotel and its residents... and while he has done terrible things... there's almost a sympathy you have for him... especially in his Apocalypse scenes...

James March killed Queenie- which was honestly one of the hardest deaths in any of the American Horror Story seasons. One of my main problems with Hotel was that Coven was great because Queenie was someone we cared about and she made it out alive with a happy ending but then in Hotel she gets killed..

Speaking of the Hotel Cortez... it's a Hellmouth... which would mean that much like the Murder House- being in there would make a person more evil... and I think that may have been what happened to James Patrick March and why he decided to kill people?

I also think maybe the evil was inside of him during his life- but ghosts change. The way that Vivienne mentions how she doesn't think of Tate as evil anymore... although I feel like part of him still might be... it seems kind of cannon in the show that he's not evil anymore and he actually loves Violet and wants to save Vivienne when she needs him to.

I also feel like this theory makes sense with John's character also. I don't know that he was ever truly evil or had any deep problems like alcoholism or anything... but when he visited the Hotel Cortez- he became worse and ended up becoming the Ten Commandments Killer... and his alcohol problems were worse and everything little just kind of became big.

So that's my theory... Maybe this is canon and obvious and Im just finding this out too... but I still thought I'd write about it.

Weekly Wrap Up 7.30.17

Sunday 7.23.17  Sunday was a really good day… it was kind of a lazy day for me… but my dad pretty much finished most of the painting in my room… he ran out of paint before he could totally finish it up… so he’ll finish that up soon… my mom is going to the paint store tomorrow… so hopefully he can finish it up then.  He also made some really fantastic barbecue pork… it was going to be pulled pork… but the pulling process didn’t really work… I kind of prefer the texture of it sliced instead of pulled…. idk. I like pulled pork… but this sliced pork was really delicious and flavorful and good.  We went for Starbucks and Ice Cream too… which was fun. Starbucks sends a lot of bonus stars offers after 2… so even though we go in the morning- we have to go after 2 because then we’ll get bonus stars, which my dad uses in New York because it’s a little more expensive there.  And then the ice cream… nutella ice cream with crushed oreos and marshmallow…it was del...

Throwback Thursday: The Incredibles

This is one of the more underrated movies in the Pixar Universe... thatI think is actually getting more popular now than it was back when it was released... so that's good. I think it really stands the test of time... but it still isn't one of my favorites. This movie I think is pretty cool because it was the first time Pixar really used humans. When I was little I thought "Toys, Bugs, Monsters, Fish... the next movie will be about dogs!" And I was surprised it was this! I didn't know Pixar could do that! But I guess technically its about heroes and not humans... but then Pixar began to show more humans in their world and The Pixar Theory was started... and yeah. I just kind of want to state my opinion on the Pixar Theory here too cause why not: I don't believe that Pixar set out to create this elaborate world with all the movies connected... but I do still believe it exists in some way shape of form. It all adds up and checks out... so for me... somehow t...

Rereading My Favorite Thing I Wrote In College

Hey guys! I'd say "today's post is a little different" but they're all kind of different to begin with... so this might end up being the same- or at least something that can fit into this blog in a nice way. So I don't want to post the actual thing that I wrote... but in my college Creative Writing Class that I took at 21 we needed to write a fantastical realism short story. And I wrote something that I always liked. The lead character was a smart and sassy woman... the fantastical elements were exciting and unique... and the story as a whole had a cute ending and a good message... and I really liked the way that I took what happened in my real life and changed it into this amazing and fantastical thing. Re-reading it... it was still pretty good. I actually liked the ending a little bit better because it had a nice message about believing in yourself that I kind of just snuck in there without much thought... and there was a cute little love story. I liked ...
