Does Anyone Remember Snapple Pie?

Ahhhh Snapple Pie. The best flavor of Snapple that has ever existed. This drink was limited edition and  honestly the fact that it doesn't exist anymore bothers me wayyy to much. I think about this quite a lot, especially around Thanksgiving... and I friggin wish that Snapple would bring it back.

What is Snapple Pie you may ask? It's a limited edition flavor of snapple that tasted like pie flavors. I think they only had an Apple Pie one and a Mixed Berry one. The Berry one tasted like soap, but the Apple Pie one was amazing. Like you could actually taste Apple Pie just by drinking it and it was wonderful. It seems like it would be weird, but for some reason I really loved the flavor because it was very intense. You could taste the different textures and the crust. It was a really layered flavor like a fine wine, except it was cheap and you can buy it at the grocery store and it had no alcohol in it.

Now the sad thing is, I tell myself every year "Snapple will come back with Snapple Pie... I mean it's friggin Snapple Pie, its gotta come back it was amazing. Snapple Pie hasn't been around since 2003... so I've been waiting for this drink to come back for like 10 years.

10 MO'FO'N YEARS! What the actual shit? They haven't made this stuff in 10 years? I was 12 when I last drank this stuff? What the hell is time? And it's really funny because I imagine this drink as having a loyal cult like following, so I googled it before writing this blog and I saw there was a facebook group saying Snapple should bring this back. I figured "ohhh thank god, half of facebook must be in this group because that stuff was delicious." You want to know how many people liked that page? 9 people. Technically 10 now because I just joined it... So there are only like 10 people that are aware of this drinks existence very likely. That is upsetting.

This drink has also made me a little weary of trying limited edition things. Luckily, nothing is really limited edition anymore because of all this crap. It'll come back the next year, which I can wait for. I was so afraid of falling madly in love with the girl scout candy bars because I never thought I'd be able to get over them. I did try them, and I did like them a lot... but they didn't discontinue them and I think I would have been able to live with the fact if they did discontinue them.

I guess I will have to just get over this drink since its been 10 years I'm sure its not coming back. That being said, now that I've decided to move on, they'll probably bring it back. Ohh well.

If Hood Egg Nog ever stops making their Sugar Cookie flavor idk what I'll do though. That is the most delicious thing in the world.

Anyway those are my thoughts for the day. What snack or drink do you miss? Or any limited edition thing for that matter? Let me know!

Bye!

Weekly Wrap Up 7.30.17

Sunday 7.23.17  Sunday was a really good day… it was kind of a lazy day for me… but my dad pretty much finished most of the painting in my room… he ran out of paint before he could totally finish it up… so he’ll finish that up soon… my mom is going to the paint store tomorrow… so hopefully he can finish it up then.  He also made some really fantastic barbecue pork… it was going to be pulled pork… but the pulling process didn’t really work… I kind of prefer the texture of it sliced instead of pulled…. idk. I like pulled pork… but this sliced pork was really delicious and flavorful and good.  We went for Starbucks and Ice Cream too… which was fun. Starbucks sends a lot of bonus stars offers after 2… so even though we go in the morning- we have to go after 2 because then we’ll get bonus stars, which my dad uses in New York because it’s a little more expensive there.  And then the ice cream… nutella ice cream with crushed oreos and marshmallow…it was del...

Throwback Thursday: The Incredibles

This is one of the more underrated movies in the Pixar Universe... thatI think is actually getting more popular now than it was back when it was released... so that's good. I think it really stands the test of time... but it still isn't one of my favorites. This movie I think is pretty cool because it was the first time Pixar really used humans. When I was little I thought "Toys, Bugs, Monsters, Fish... the next movie will be about dogs!" And I was surprised it was this! I didn't know Pixar could do that! But I guess technically its about heroes and not humans... but then Pixar began to show more humans in their world and The Pixar Theory was started... and yeah. I just kind of want to state my opinion on the Pixar Theory here too cause why not: I don't believe that Pixar set out to create this elaborate world with all the movies connected... but I do still believe it exists in some way shape of form. It all adds up and checks out... so for me... somehow t...

Rereading My Favorite Thing I Wrote In College

Hey guys! I'd say "today's post is a little different" but they're all kind of different to begin with... so this might end up being the same- or at least something that can fit into this blog in a nice way. So I don't want to post the actual thing that I wrote... but in my college Creative Writing Class that I took at 21 we needed to write a fantastical realism short story. And I wrote something that I always liked. The lead character was a smart and sassy woman... the fantastical elements were exciting and unique... and the story as a whole had a cute ending and a good message... and I really liked the way that I took what happened in my real life and changed it into this amazing and fantastical thing. Re-reading it... it was still pretty good. I actually liked the ending a little bit better because it had a nice message about believing in yourself that I kind of just snuck in there without much thought... and there was a cute little love story. I liked ...
